TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Definitions:

  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

  • Civil Code: The Polish Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964.

  • Consumer: A consumer as defined in the Civil Code.

  • Customer: A buyer who is a consumer or a business purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity.

  • Terms & Conditions: This document.

  • Store: The online store PAK.IN operated at https://pak-in.pl

  • Seller: The business owner listed in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) under:

    PAK-IN.PL


§1 General Provisions

  1. The PAK-IN.PL online store ["Store"] sells goods online under these Terms & Conditions ["Terms"].

  2. The store is owned by: Pracownia Szwalnicza Waldemar Wiórko, Siennica Nadolna 85, 22-302 Siennica Nadolna, Poland; NIP 5641287009; REGON 110681118.

  3. These Terms form an integral part of the sales contract with the Customer.

  4. Acceptance of the Terms is required to place an order.

  5. Prices shown in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

  6. Goods offered in the Store are free from physical and legal defects.


§2 Orders

  1. Orders may be placed via:

    • The form available on the Store's website;

    • Email, using the address provided on the Store's website.

  2. Orders require Customer information that enables verification of identity and delivery address. The Store confirms orders via email or phone. The Store reserves the right to decline or limit orders or request prepayment if there are justified doubts about the accuracy or reliability of the provided information.

  3. Information displayed on the Store's product pages at the time of ordering is binding, including: price, product features, included items, delivery method, and time.

  4. The information on the Store's website does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer submits a purchase offer. The contract is concluded upon the Customer's confirmation of the order via a confirmation link.


§3 Payments

  1. Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

    • BLIK

    • Payment card (Visa and MasterCard)

    • Online transfer via Autopay S.A.

    • Traditional bank transfer (for orders within Poland only)

  2. Shipping costs:

    • InPost Courier (Poland): 14 PLN

    • InPost Parcel Locker (Poland): 11 PLN

    • InPost COD (Poland): 19 PLN

    • DPD/UPS Courier (European Union): 45 PLN (approx. 10 EUR)

  3. Goods are shipped only after payment is received.


§4 Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped via:

    • InPost (Poland)

    • DPD or UPS (European Union)

  2. Delivery times:

    • Poland: up to 7 business days from payment confirmation

    • EU countries: up to 14 business days

  3. For bank transfers, the shipping time is extended by the time between order placement and funds being credited.

  4. For EU orders, Customers must cover delivery costs as per the current pricing. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU.


§5 Product Compliance & Warranty

  1. The Seller is liable for product compliance under the Civil Code for 2 years from delivery.

  2. If defects are found, Consumers may claim repair or replacement, or request a price reduction or contract withdrawal if the defect is significant.

  3. Complaints should be reported within 2 months of noticing the defect.

  4. Any warranties offered by the Store do not affect statutory rights under the Civil Code.


§6 Complaints

  1. If the goods are non-compliant, the Customer should return them with a description of the issue to: PAK-IN.PL, ul. Poniatowskiego 7, 22-300 Krasnystaw, Poland (or another address provided by the Store).

  2. The Store will respond to complaints within 14 business days.

  3. If the complaint is justified and requires shipping of a new product or repair, the Store will cover the delivery costs.

  4. Differences in product color or display due to individual screen settings are not grounds for complaints.


§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Under the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, Consumers (or qualifying entrepreneurs) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

  2. Withdrawal is valid if the Customer sends a declaration within 30 days of receiving the product.

  3. The product must be returned within 7 days of the withdrawal declaration to the address provided by the Store.

  4. The return should be processed using the form at szybiezwroty.pl. The Seller covers the return cost through this service.

  5. The Store will inspect the product within 3 business days of receipt.

  6. The Store will refund the payment within 10 days of inspection, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in the aforementioned act.


§8 Privacy & Data Protection

  1. The data controller is Pracownia Szwalnicza Waldemar Wiórko.

  2. Personal data is processed to fulfill sales contracts, handle complaints/returns, and for marketing based on the Customer's consent or legal basis.

  3. Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer their data.

  4. Data may be shared with couriers, payment providers, and service partners who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

  5. Full privacy information is available in the Privacy Policy on the Store's website.


§9 Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, product descriptions) on the Store's website is protected. Unauthorized use without written consent is prohibited.


§10 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are effective from the date of publication on the Store's website.

  2. The Store may update these Terms.

  3. Updates will be posted on the Store's website.

  4. Customers will be notified via email.

  5. Changes take effect 14 days after publication.

  6. Continued use of the Store without contract termination is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
