I. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is Waldemar Wiórko, conducting business as Pracownia Szwalnicza Waldemar Wiórko, registered at Siennica Nadolna 85, 22-302 Siennica Nadolna, Poland, NIP: 5641287009 (hereinafter referred to as "Owner").


II. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

  1. The Administrator processes User data to properly execute sales agreements concluded via the online store at www.pak-in.pl.

  2. This includes:

    • Registering on the website

    • Concluding contracts

    • Settling payments

    • Delivering products/services

    • Exercising consumer rights (e.g. withdrawal, warranty)

  3. With consent, the data may also be used to send newsletters and promotional information.

  4. Data is processed to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. taxes, security, and defense).

  5. Data may also be processed for direct marketing, legal claims, or internal analytics.

VI. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  2. Transactional data is stored for 3 years after the end of the business relationship.

  3. Archival transaction data may be stored for warranty claims.

  4. If no agreement is reached, data is kept until the User deletes their account or withdraws consent.


VII. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
